About the role

Operations is the key touchpoint of an insurance company – we are always there for the customers in their moment of need! In this role, you will support the Head of Operations and colleagues from the operational department. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth handling and processing of customer inquiries, primarily related to car insurance but also extending to other types of insurance. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the InsurTech industry and contribute to the optimization of our operational processes. You will be involved in various tasks, from direct customer communication to administrative support, allowing you to develop a comprehensive understanding of insurance operations. • Assist in processing customer inquiries related to car insurance and other types of insurance
• Participate in customer communication, including handling emails
• Contribute to the improvement of operational processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions

The following experience is required

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field (other majors welcome)
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic understanding of insurance principles and operations is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Comfortable in a fast moving, fluid environment
• Languages: Proficiency in German and English is a must; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus

About the role

We are looking for a senior technical product owner that is experienced at conceiving clever and scalable technical solutions in order to fulfill requirements by our business stakeholders. You will play a key role in helping us to further productise our technology platform. Your task will be to provide excellent and thought-through technical specifications, concepts and actionable development tasks to our development team who will then implement your solution. You will work closely together with the technical business analyst / product owner team of Toni as well as the development teams.

Was Sie mitbringen

• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten

About the role

As a claims handler at Toni, you will play a central role in our claims management and contribute directly to the optimization of processes for our customers. • Independent, proactive processing and handling of complex national and international insurance claims in motor vehicle, property and liability insurance
• Proactive contact with the parties involved in the claims handling process (injured parties/claimants, experts, underwriters, legal, compliance, etc.)
• Claims handling, in particular determination of cover and liability as well as analysis of the scope of the claim, timely identification and securing of worthwhile recourse, recognition of fraud cases as well as all entries and processing in the system
